Join a growing payroll bureau in the heart of Newcastle! We are looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Advisor to manage end-to-end payroll services for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with Assistant Managers to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What you will be doing:

  • End-to-End Payroll: Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for various client sizes.
  • Pensions: Setting up schemes, calculating contributions, and managing data.
  • Client Care: Building strong relationships and resolving queries directly.
  • Technical Tasks: Handling manual calculations, reconciliations, and Bacs payments.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in end-to-end payroll.
  • Bureau experience is essential.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Star Payroll (or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
  • A high degree of numeracy and a 'right-first time' approach to detail.
  • Experienced in managing multiple client portfolios.
