Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Wednesday 6am - 6pm
  • Week 2: Thursday to Saturday 6am - 6pm
  • Week 3: Monday to Wednesday 6pm - 6am

Remuneration:

  • 34 hrs per week
  • 170 hrs holiday per year
  • Paid Bank Holidays
  • Peoples Pension with company contribution
  • Death In Service

We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join the production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
  • Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
  • Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
  • Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience as a Lithographic Printer
  • An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes.
  • Colour management skills and a 'right first time' attitude.
  • The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues.
  • A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
