We are seeking experienced Technology Delivery Leads to join a leading consulting and technology organisation, delivering large-scale technology and business transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technology delivery across design, build and test.
  • Deliver projects on time and within agreed budgets.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead project teams and manage resources.
  • Manage Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID).
  • Manage project budgets, milestones and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple suppliers and global teams.
  • Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Provide technical expertise across solution design and implementation.
  • Deliver technology-enabled business transformation within the Energy & Utilities sector.
  • Manage projects involving AWS, Azure, Cloud and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.

Experience You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of technology delivery experience.
  • Energy & Utilities industry experience is essential.
  • Proven experience managing projects or significant project phases across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience managing project budgets, resources and delivery plans.
  • Experience delivering projects involving AWS, Azure, Cloud or SaaS technologies.
  • Strong experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Practical experience of RAID management.
  • Experience managing project teams and resources.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex deliveries involving multiple suppliers and dependencies.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure and Salesforce.
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Cloud, Industry or Programme Management certifications.
  • Experience within a global systems integration or professional services environment.
