A highly respected specialist within the automatic door maintenance sector is looking to recruit an Automatic Door Engineer covering the North East.

The company has been supplying the UK with some of the very best entrance systems for decades and has built an excellent reputation within the sector.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to further expand their team.

As a skilled Automatic Door Engineer, you will be responsible for

  • Installation of a wide range of automatic door systems including sliding, swing, and bi-fold doors
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and carrying out repairs
  • Attending reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns across retail sites
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with EN16005 safety standards and regulations
  • Conducting site surveys and identifying potential improvements or upgrades
  • Maintaining accurate service records and job reports
  • Face to face interaction with customers
  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

• As an Automatic Door Engineer, your pay and benefits will include

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE of £55,000 through overtime
  • 40 hour basic working week then overtime at 1.5 rate
