What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Be willing to complete our standard compliance and vetting checks, including an Enhanced DBS check
- Have recent and relevant childcare, educational or support experience and be able to provide references
- Have a positive, flexible and reliable approach to work
- Be passionate about supporting children and young people to succeed
- Ideally hold a childcare or education-related qualification, although this is not essential
