Property Assistant, Newbury, Berkshire Immediate Start, Temporary, £13.50ph A growing property company requires a customer focused Property Assistant to deliver the on-site operations at one of their apartment buildings in Newbury.

Working as part of a team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the residents receive an excellent level of service.

Duties will include: Face to face customer interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home.

Responding to resident enquiries over the phone and via email.

Booking in prospective residents for viewings and keeping them up to date with progress.

Updating the work-flow calender with resident viewings Key Management and arranging access to properties for third parties (agents, contractors, inventory clerks).

Conducting Room Inventories and PPM Checks Inspections of communal areas including cleanliness, hazards or health and safety issues, lighting and following through to ensure completion.

Requirements Previous Customer Service, Reception, Front of House.

Experience within property, hospitality, travel or similar would be an advantage.

Strong written and verbal English skills.

Passionate about customer service.

Ability to build relationships.

Self-motivated and able to work alone.
