As a Maintenance Operative you will be:
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties
- Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring
- Attend responsive maintenance callouts, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes
