Housing Officer Greenham | Hybrid Working £32,000 - £40,000 per annum | Permanent, Full Time Our client is seeking a Housing Officer to join their established housing team.
Based from the Greenham office one day per week, you'll enjoy a varied role combining home working, office-based work, and regular community visits.
The
Role: Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and partner agencies.
Support neighbourhood improvements and help shape services based on customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
What we're looking for: Experience in tenancy, leasehold, or neighbourhood management.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Good understanding of landlord services and housing management.
Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
