Manpower Scotland is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Labourer to join their busy warehouse operation based in Newbridge, Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a role that offers a great work-life balance through a 4 on 4 off working pattern. The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of extension into a longer-term assignment for the right candidate.

The Role

This is a physically demanding warehouse role involving long shifts and regular manual handling. Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work throughout the day. Duties will include:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
  • Manual handling of products
  • Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Assisting with goods in and goods out
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Supporting the warehouse team with general labouring duties as required
