Manpower Scotland is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Bendi Forklift Operator to join their busy warehouse operation based in Newbridge, Edinburgh. This role offers an excellent work-life balance through a 4 on 4 off working pattern. The position is initially temporary, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Due to the location and shift pattern, applicants should consider transport arrangements before applying. Own transport is highly desirable as public transport options may be limited.

The Role

This is a physically demanding warehouse role involving long shifts, manual handling, and safe operation of a Bendi forklift. Candidates must be physically fit and confident operating a Bendi truck.

Duties include:

  • Operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently
  • Moving stock and pallets throughout narrow aisles
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Supporting goods in and goods out
  • Stock rotation and replenishment
  • Manual handling of products
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Supporting general warehouse labouring duties

  • Valid Bendi forklift licence
  • Previous Bendi truck experience
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling
