Plumbing Technician 37 Hours per week, based in Preston £35,658.37 per annum (£18.48 per hour) What will you be doing in this role?
You'll be a part of our Asset Management team, a range of skilled trades people who carry out planned and responsive maintenance in both tenanted and empty properties.
We have around 7000 properties across Preston, Fylde and South Ribble so you won't have to travel far.
You'll have a CGA van to travel to and from work and to your jobs.
What we are looking for in you We are looking for someone who shares our values and puts our tenants at the heart of all they do.
We are looking for a team player with qualifications and experience in all aspects of plumbing, who also has the ability to carry out basic repairs in other trade areas.
You'll need a full manual driving licence as you'll be working all over Preston in our communities.
The main things: You'll have at least NVQ L2 or equivalent in plumbing and a full manual driving licence.
You'll have experience in carrying out a range of plumbing maintenance and repairs with an excellent understanding of health and safety.
You'll have excellent communication skills combined with a flexible 'can do' attitude.
You'll be able to solve problems and suggest improvements.
