About the Role: You'll be supporting two gentlemen in New Milton (BH25) who each bring their own personality, interests, and routines to daily life:
- One gentleman enjoys yoga and regularly attends sessions. He loves getting out and about in his car to explore new places, and he especially enjoys taking the train to London to visit his aunt.
- Another gentleman finds joy in simple outdoor pleasures: coastal walks, fresh air, and skimming pebbles across the water.
These gentlemen are non-verbal with limited vocabulary, though they can communicate using short sentences. They attend college and Day Service, and each benefits from patient, consistent, person-centered support.
Shift patterns: 7:00am - 2:30pm, Long days: 10:00am - 10:00pm.
