Salary: Starting at £13.45 per hour, rising to £13.67 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £14.15 at your own pace.

Join our Edinburgh and Lothian team at our ARC Day Service, where we support autistic adults in all aspects of daily living by providing a structured, meaningful, and engaging environment. We offer a wide variety of activities tailored to individual interests and needs - ranging from creative sessions such as music, art, and cooking to educational programmes and practical life skills development. Both on-site and community-based activities are designed to encourage personal growth, social interaction, and enjoyment.
Due to the nature of this service, a Full UK Drivers Licence is preferred, but not essential.
We are looking for patient, creative, and engaging colleagues who bring a calm, reassuring presence who also know how to have fun. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who truly listens and values the voices of the people we support. This is a rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to share your hobbies and skills with our supported individuals.

- Continuously develop and implement personalised support plans with the supported people, their support network, and other stakeholders to ensure their life goals and aspirations are the main focus

- To support people with choice and to engage in their chosen activities
- To be an active part of their local community
- To build skills and support them to live as independently as possible
- To support with personal care where required with dignity and respect
