We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pre-Plastering Labourer to join a busy social housing and property maintenance contractor working across Mold and surrounding areas in North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for consistent work on a well-established contract.
Your new role:
- Removing wallpaper, loose plaster, tiles and other surface coverings
- Chasing out walls and preparing surfaces for plastering works
- Cleaning, clearing and preparing rooms ready for trades
- Protecting floors, fixtures and fittings before work commences
- Assisting plasterers with materials and general labouring duties
- Removing waste and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience in a pre-plastering labourer or construction labouring role
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
