Case Management Platform Administrator - Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH.

We're looking for a Case Management Platform Administrator to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in platform administration, low-code technology, and business systems configuration. We're looking for an individual who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and turning business requirements into practical system solutions.

Working closely with our IT Team and business end users, you'll help configure, enhance, and support our Fleet Management case management platform, while also gaining exposure to a wider suite of enterprise SaaS applications. You'll learn how to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and play a key role in improving processes and user experiences across the organisation.

This role offers a fantastic development pathway into solution design, platform development, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI, with hands-on support, mentoring, and opportunities to grow your technical capabilities.

What will you be doing?

  • Configure workflows, forms, fields, and business processes within our case management platform.
  • Support the delivery of technology solutions that improve team efficiency and user experience.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and help translate them into practical system enhancements.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining low-code/no-code platforms across the wider technology landscape.
  • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and help implement effective solutions.
  • Test new functionality and support platform upgrades and improvements.
  • Learn and apply best practices in platform configuration, process design, and system administration.
  • Explore new platform features and emerging technologies, including automation and AI capabilities.
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Support agile delivery practices including planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Essential

  • Experience as a system administrator, platform administrator, business analyst, application support analyst, or power user of enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with business systems, enterprise applications, CRM platforms, or low-code/no-code technologies.
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to build a career in platform administration or systems development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical, detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • The ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Desirable

  • Exposure to platforms such as Zoho Desk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, Dynamics, SharePoint, or similar applications.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or automation tools.
  • Exposure to coding, including PHP APIs.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • An interest in process improvement, automation, AI, or solution design.
