About the Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of installation projects for key customer accounts.
You'll manage multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Alongside project delivery, you'll build strong client relationships, lead project teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for key customer accounts, ensuring project KPIs and service expectations are met.
Manage project risks, scope changes and Statements of Work.
Monitor project budgets, profitability and commercial performance.
Oversee client invoicing and billing processes.
Prepare project reports and present updates to internal stakeholders.
Lead, coach and develop the project team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
Act as the escalation point for project and site-related issues.
Coordinate multiple installation projects simultaneously.
Build strong relationships with field engineers and support resource planning.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Bring Previous project management experience, ideally within installations, retail, hospitality or multi-site environments.
A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project finances.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of networking or IT infrastructure would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when required.
