What we offer
We offer experienced new business recruitment consultants the opportunity to retain a higher percentage of their billings than in a traditional employed recruitment role. During the initial self-employed period, you earn 50% of everything you bill.
How it works
For example, if your current employed recruiter role pays £30,000 basic salary plus 10% commission, billing £100,000 per year would generate approximately £40,000 in annual earnings. By contrast, billing £100,000 per year with TPJ Recruit on a 50% commission basis would generate approximately £50,000 in annual earnings, giving you a clear opportunity to increase your income while building something for yourself.
Work in any permanent recruitment sector where you have proven experience, strong market knowledge and the confidence to generate new business. Join a business that values experienced, driven recruiters who can demonstrate a professional, disciplined and success-fuelled work ethic.
Focus on winning clients and making placements while we support back-office administration, including payroll and invoice chasing.
Flexibility to suit your lifestyle
As a self-employed consultant, you can choose your own hours and work from home. This opportunity is ideal for someone who values flexibility, can stay productive without daily office supervision and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Earnings: Uncapped and directly linked to your dedication, activity and billing performance.
