Local Marketing Manager - Turn insight into performance across our stores

As our Local Marketing Manager, you'll partner directly with franchisees to turn data and customer insight into smart, practical marketing that grows orders and builds stronger local brands. You'll be based in either Milton Keynes or Manchester, working in a hybrid way, with regular time spent building relationships with franchisees and cross-functional teams.
A strong, insight-led mindset - comfortable using data to tell a clear story and drive action
Confidence to influence, challenge and guide senior stakeholders and business owners
Commercial instinct - you understand what drives performance and how marketing delivers results
Experience in a franchise environment (or similar) is a big plus
A collaborative, relationship-first approach - you build trust quickly and bring people with you
What You'll Be Doing
This isn't about executing campaigns, it's about shaping them. You'll act as a trusted advisor to franchisees, helping them understand their performance and where to focus to unlock growth.
You'll work at the intersection of data, marketing and commercial performance - translating insight into clear, actionable recommendations that deliver measurable results.
Turning performance data and customer insight into sharp, actionable marketing recommendations
Partnering with franchisees to guide where to invest, what to prioritise and how to improve results
Influencing adoption of best practice, helping stores maximise return on their marketing activity
Continuously reviewing performance, spotting trends and driving optimisation
Contributing to toolkits, webinars and knowledge sharing that raise capability across the network
