We're looking for an enthusiastic and digitally minded Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to help us get the very best from our learning platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with digital systems, solving problems, improving processes and using data to make better decisions. You'll play a key role in ensuring our learning systems are accurate, accessible and easy to use, helping colleagues across MacIntyre access the learning they need to provide outstanding support.
Working closely with our Learning Management Systems Lead and Learning & Development Team, you'll become one of our LMS experts, supporting colleagues, maintaining high-quality data and helping us continually improve the digital learning experience.
What you'll be doing
LMS Data Coordinator role is based in our Central Office in Milton Keynes, 21 hour per week (over 4 days).
No two days are the same. You'll combine systems administration, user support, reporting and continuous improvement to ensure our learning platforms work effectively across the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day administration of the Learning and Development team and ongoing development of MacIntyre's Learning Management System.
  • Supporting Totara, OneFile, City & Guilds Walled Garden and other learning platforms.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues using our learning systems.
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, learning records and system data.
  • Producing accurate reports and management information.
  • Improving data quality and user experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and digital adoption.
  • Working with external suppliers on system configuration, updates and enhancements.
  • Supporting managers, administrators and the wider Learning & Development Team.

About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys technology and likes making systems work better for people.
You'll ideally have:

  • Experience supporting or administering an LMS or similar digital system.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
  • Experience producing reports and management information.
  • A proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience with Totara, OneFile, City & Guilds Walled Garden or other learning technologies would be an advantage but isn't essential
You will need to be a driver, with your own vehicle and have business insurance .
