Are you a skilled Joiner looking for a secure, long-term position with a well-established housing maintenance contractor? We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across domestic properties in the Milton Keynes area. The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery repairs and installations within occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with customer expectations. Typical duties include:
- Repairing and installing doors, frames, skirting, flooring and internal fittings
- Kitchen repairs and installations
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance work
- Maintaining accurate job records using handheld technology
- Working closely with supervisors and scheduling teams
- Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes

What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Joiner within domestic maintenance, repairs or social housing
- Full UK driving licence
