GM Packaging is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves making things happen.

This is a career-building opportunity for someone with a year or two of experience already under their beltperhaps in an EA, PA, Commercial Support, Operations or Business Administration rolewho is ready for a position with greater exposure, responsibility and impact.

We're not looking for someone who simply waits for instructions.

We're looking for someone who spots problems before they arise, chases actions without being asked, keeps multiple plates spinning and enjoys being the person who gets things over the line.

A Role With Real Variety One day you'll be coordinating logistics providers and analysing commercial data.

The next you'll be supporting supplier negotiations, preparing reports, managing key projects, onboarding customers or helping deliver a major business initiative.

You'll work closely with the Commercial Director and become involved in every aspect of the commercial operation, giving you a unique opportunity to develop your business, commercial and leadership skills.

What You'll Be Doing Acting as a trusted support to the Commercial Director Managing a busy inbox, diary, meetings and travel arrangements Tracking actions and ensuring projects stay on schedule Liaising with suppliers, customers and logistics partners Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) Comparing quotations and supporting supplier selection processes Producing reports, board updates and commercial analysis Supporting tender submissions and customer onboarding projects Maintaining critical product, pricing and supplier data Assisting with landed cost calculations and commercial reporting Supporting customer traceability, quality and compliance requests Helping drive operational improvements across the business About You You'll be someone who: Is naturally proactive and takes ownership Enjoys working at pace and managing multiple priorities Thinks on their feet and solves problems independently Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills Is highly organised and detail-oriented Loves following things through to completion Is comfortable analysing data and producing reports Wants to build a successful long-term career within a growing business Whether you're a graduate-calibre second-jobber looking for your next challenge or an experienced coordinator looking to step into a broader commercial role, we'd love to hear from you.
