Full job description Permanent | Full-Time | Office Based

Salary: £25,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am 5.30pm We're looking for an organised and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our client's friendly, supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who wants to build a long-term career in residential conveyancing.

You'll receive training and support to develop your knowledge and take on increasing responsibility as you grow within the role.

Their office has recently undergone a major refurbishment, creating a modern, welcoming workplace with a genuinely positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing Opening new client files and completing AML checks.

Preparing client care packs and legal documentation.

Updating the case management system.

Speaking with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.

Assisting fee earners with residential property transactions.

Ordering searches and preparing contract documentation.

Keeping files organised, compliant and progressing smoothly.

Providing general administrative support to the Conveyancing team.

As your experience develops, you'll receive training to become involved in exchanges, completions, Land Registry applications and managing your own elements of the conveyancing process.

What We're Looking For Excellent administration and organisational skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Great attention to detail.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The ability to manage a busy workload.

Previous legal or conveyancing experience is not essential however a degree in Law would be essential to apply we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to develop.
