Responsibilities as a Registered Mental Health Nurse:
Supporting, guiding and mentoring colleagues as part of the wider care team
Monitoring service users wellbeing, accurately documenting care and promptly reporting any changes or concerns
Assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care tailored to individual needs
Requirements as a Registered Mental Health Nurse:

Previous mental health experience
