We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading provider in diagnostic and healthcare screenings in Middlewich.

What you'll be doing-
Handle inbound calls to support patients with appointments, follow-up care, and general enquiries
Provide clear, accurate information about services and ensure a positive patient experience
Resolve queries and concerns promptly, offering effective solutions
Work towards performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service
Updating customer records accurately
What we're looking for -
Previous experience in a customer service role, this could be from a variety of backgrounds including contact centre, retail, hospitality, care etc.

Computer literate across various platforms
Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Confident handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Hours of work -
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, on a rota between 8:00am - 8:00pm
Occasional Saturdays ( 8:00am - 1:00pm )
Rotational shift pattern (5 days per week)
