We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role is responsible for the delivery of Developer Services activities, including new connections, service installations, mains laying, mains diversions and associated network infrastructure works.
What you'll be doing?
This role requires extensive experience within the water sector, managing multiple priorities and workstreams in a complex environment. A relevant degree or professional qualification is desirable, alongside a strong track record of senior leadership within utility contracting or similar industries. The role demands strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to drive performance improvement and deliver results. Key strengths include client relationship management, business development, and in-depth knowledge of SHEQW standards and statutory frameworks. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to influence at senior levels and maintain a strong customer-focused approach.
