Are you a Civil or Construction Estimator looking to join an established Commercial and Residential Construction specialist? You will be joining 2 other Estimators on an array of projects with globally known clients, offering progression to managerial positions and a company bonus and car allowance to boost your income.
With over 130 years of experience, this construction conglomerate has been at the forefront of any Civil/Construction project in the Commercial, Healthcare and Residential industries within the Northeast region. With a healthy pipeline of projects coming in, they are looking to expand their tight-knit estimating team.
This varied position will see you working closely with the design team, looking at inbound enquiries and pricing components in day-to-day projects. You will be working on projects from a few £100,000's to £25 million, reviewing and interpreting CAD drawings and occasionally attending site visits within the Northeast.
This role would suit someone with Estimating experience from a Construction/Civil background looking to join a well-established Construction titan offering a chance to work on some of the biggest projects in the Northeast.
The Role:- Produce Estimates and pricings of components based on drawings.
- Estimating Construction/Civil projects between £100,000 - £25,000,000.
- Monday - Friday all in office (8am-5pm).
- Occasional site visits in the Northeast region.
- 3/4 % annual bonus and £6000 car allowance.
- Estimator from Construction/Civil industry.
- Willing to commute to office in Teesside.
