Are you an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking for the opportunity to grow your desk, increase your earnings and progress your career with a company that genuinely invests in its people? Due to continued growth, Pin Point Recruitment is expanding our Education division in Middlesbrough and we are looking for an ambitious, driven consultant to join our successful team.

You will take ownership of existing client accounts while also developing new business opportunities across the education sector. From sourcing quality candidates to managing bookings, payroll and client relationships, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing existing education sector accounts
  • Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
  • Filling temporary and permanent education vacancies
  • Managing bookings, candidate compliance and payroll processes
  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts and social media content
  • Delivering excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Keeping up to date with education recruitment compliance and regulations
