We are a busy and growing MEP company looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong Revit experience and a good understanding of MEP coordination. You will work closely with our design, engineering and project teams to coordinate models, resolve clashes and ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate MEP models using Revit
  • Carry out clash detection and resolve coordination issues
  • Produce and review BIM models and drawings
  • Work closely with engineers, designers and project teams
  • Ensure models meet project and company standards
  • Support BIM delivery across multiple busy projects

About You

  • Strong Revit skills are essential
  • Previous MEP/BIM experience
  • Good understanding of building services coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Navisworks experience is desirable
