Using your technical knowledge and eye for detail, you'll identify issues, oversee repairs and make sure work is delivered to the highest standards.
Every inspection, survey and decision you make will help create homes our customers can rely on and feel proud of.

What Youll Do
Inspect homes and identify repairs, maintenance and compliance issues.
Scope works and provide technical advice to trades and contractors.
Manage disrepair, damp and mould, and other complex cases.
Monitor works to ensure quality, compliance and value for money.
Help get empty homes ready for new customers.

You are HNC, HND or degree qualified in Surveying or a related discipline.
MCIOB qualified with significant surveying experience.
PCAQT and HHSRS qualified, or willing to work towards these.
Skilled in diagnosing complex building defects, including subsidence.
Experienced in housing legislation, CDM and delivering repair solutions with contractors and DLO teams.
