We are seeking a skilled individual to join a busy production team, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes on a range of products and components. The role: As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing surfaces ready for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking and priming
- Applying paint coatings to a high standard using spray equipment
- Mixing paints and coatings to the correct specifications
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out touch-ups and rework where necessary
- Maintaining spray booths, equipment and work areas
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working to production schedules and customer deadlines
About you: To be successful in this Paint Sprayer role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Painter or Vehicle Paint Sprayer
- Knowledge of paint preparation techniques and finishing processes
- Experience using spray guns and associated equipment
- Ability to work from technical instructions and specifications

- Good housekeeping and health & safety awareness
