As a Mechanical Assembler your duties will include:
- Assembling mechanical sub-assemblies and full products in line with engineering specifications
- Using hand tools and basic machinery to build high-quality components
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and assembly instructions
- Conducting quality checks and inspections to ensure builds meet required standards
- Identifying faults, reporting issues, and carrying out rework when required
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
The successful Mechanical Assembler will have the below skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Competent in the use of hand tools and assembly equipment
