The role of the Configuration Engineer They are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Engineer to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining the configuration of items across legacy and development products within the Antennas Business Unit.

You will support the transition to Solid Works Manage PLM system and collaborate closely with engineering disciplines to uphold quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities of the Configuration Engineer Implement aerospace configuration standards for items configured by the company.

Oversee problem reports and change notifications through Solid Works Manage.

Promote ongoing enhancement of change management procedures.

Lead the Change Control Board in accordance with aerospace industry best practices.

Prepare and oversee customer approval processes and communication of changes.

Manage and maintain the company-wide PDM/PLM systems, including updates and system development.

Requirements of the Configuration Engineer Minimum of five years experience in configuration management.

Bachelors degree in science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

Proven experience with PDM/PLM & CM tools (e. g., Windchill, All Change, Solid Works Manage).

Deep understanding of aerospace configuration standards and change management practices.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents with close attention to detail.
