What you'll be doing as Store Manager:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, leading and motivating a dedicated team
- Champion exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects a premium, personalised approach
- Deliver strong commercial results by driving sales, KPIs, and overall store profitability
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, presentation, and operational execution
