We're looking for a creative, ambitious Recruitment Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, social media, digital content or employer branding who wants a role that's creative, commercial and people-focused.

You'll play a key part in attracting top talent through innovative marketing campaigns, whilst developing into a recruitment professional with excellent earning and career progression opportunities.

The role: As a Recruitment Marketing Executive, you'll work closely with our consultants to build talent communities, promote exciting opportunities and engage candidates across a range of digital channels.

No two days are the same.

One day you could be creating a Linked In campaign for a new client, the next you'll be speaking with candidates, building relationships and helping someone secure their next career move.

You'll learn the recruitment industry from the ground up while using marketing to make a real commercial impact.

What you'll be doing: Creating engaging recruitment marketing campaigns across Linked In and other social platforms.

Writing compelling job adverts, candidate outreach and marketing content.

Building talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.

Managing candidate attraction campaigns using Linked In Recruiter and other recruitment technology.

Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, motivations and career goals.

Supporting consultants throughout the recruitment process.

Building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.

Keeping up to date with trends across technology, recruitment and digital marketing.

Helping develop Ronald James' brand through creative marketing initiatives and content.

About you: We're open-minded on background.

You might already have experience in marketing, recruitment, sales or customer-facing roles, or you could be a graduate looking for your first career opportunity.

You'll likely have: A genuine interest in marketing, social media or digital content.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence speaking with people and building relationships.

A creative mindset with great attention to detail.

Commercial awareness and a desire to learn.

Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.

Experience using Linked In or social media professionally is advantageous but not essential.
