As an SHEQ Advisor you'll be joining an established renewable energy specialist delivering Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and wider renewable energy projects across commercial, industrial and domestic sectors. Having experienced significant growth in recent years, they have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality renewable energy solutions nationwide. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a SHEQ Advisor to support the ongoing development of their Quality, Environmental and Compliance systems whilst helping drive best practice across the business.
As a SHEQ Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
- Assisting with internal audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting quality assurance, environmental compliance and Health & Safety processes across the business
- Assisting with incident investigations, corrective actions, reporting and compliance documentation
The successful SHEQ Advisor should have:
- Experience working within a SHEQ, HSEQ, Quality or Environmental role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities and continuous improvement processes
- Previous experience within construction, engineering, utilities, renewable energy, or a similar technical environment
