Job Overview Job Title: General Operative
Location: Market Harborough
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm and Friday 7am - 1pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Key Responsibilities General duties: Assist production by wrapping pallets
Material Handling: Load, unload, move, and stack materials manually or using appropriate equipment.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products or components for basic defects and report issues to supervisors.
Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain a clean work area, follow health and safety guidelines, and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Requirements & Qualifications Experience: previous experience working withing a warehouse or factory
Physical Fitness: Capable of heavy lifting and prolonged standing or physical work.
Communication Skills: Able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
