Location : Market Drayton Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Shift Pattern : 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights - 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

This position offers full autonomy, end-to-end accountability, and the opportunity to lead operational excellence on shift.

Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing operations across your shift, ensuring delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement.

Empower and coach your team to solve problems and drive performance.

Own and deliver Operational Excellence (OE) projects aligned to business goals.

Make real-time decisions using PDCA and "go, look, see" techniques.

Manage team development, performance reviews, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and product integrity standards.

What We're Looking For Proven experience in manufacturing, production, or operations leadership.

Strong coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

Ability to lead with autonomy and minimal escalation.
