Community Support Worker
Full or Part Time hours available
£14.08 including 10% hourly bonus for permanent staff, after Induction and Training is completed.

Bank Staff 5% - this will be explained further during interview.

Anglian Care is an efficient privately run business, with an excellent reputation, that provides a bespoke Home Care service to adult service users in the March PE15 / Chatteris PE16 areas (and surrounding villages.)
We are currently seeking experienced caring individuals who can make a difference.

A Full-Time and Part-Time opportunity is available and level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, but not essential if the suitable applicant is willing to work towards the qualification.

Duties of the role will include - personal care, meal preparation, shopping, light domestic, GP visits (any task that promotes independence and enables the service user to remain in their own home.)
Being a car owner & driver is essential as the role will involve travelling from house to house.

Travel allowance is paid at 35p per mile (an extra 20p per mile can be claimed from the government scheme – 2026/27 tax year).

A uniform tunic is provided and must be worn with black trousers and filled in flat shoes.

All applicants will be expected to be flexible, work alternate weekends and work one/two evening shifts every week, dependent on hours required.

We have a great team that care passionately for our service users, and we are looking for two like-minded individuals to join us.

An opportunity to may also be available to take responsibility for the On-Call phone (paid for in addition) for an experienced applicant).

The company achieved a 'Good' rating in the most recent CQC Inspection.
