Zachary Daniels are partnering with a fast-paced, growing business to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support their Supply Chain operation. UNION EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being close to the operation. You'll partner with senior Supply Chain and Operational leaders, understanding what's happening on the ground whilst helping shape the wider people agenda.
It's a broad HRBP role covering everything from organisational change and workforce planning through to talent, engagement, performance and complex ER.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering closely with senior Supply Chain and Operational leaders, providing commercial and pragmatic HR support
- Building strong relationships across the operation and becoming a trusted partner to your leadership teams
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and wider transformation programmes
- Using people data and insight to identify trends, challenges and opportunities across the operation
- Coaching and challenging leaders to improve performance and build stronger teams
- Supporting workforce and succession planning across the Supply Chain function
- Leading on complex ER cases and providing strong employment law advice
- Driving engagement, retention and the wider people agenda within a fast-paced operational environment
- Supporting wider People projects and initiatives across the business
What we're looking for:
- An experienced HR Business Partner with a strong operational background
- Ideally experience partnering within Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics or Warehousing
- Commercially minded and comfortable working at pace
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
- Experience supporting change and transformation
- Strong ER and employment law knowledge
- Comfortable using data and insight to influence decision making
- Someone who enjoys being visible within the operation and building relationships at all levels

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + Benefits
