In Transaction Services, you will support a range of clients by providing due diligence services for events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions. We help deliver successful transaction outcomes through our data-driven insights and commercial acumen.
A Director/Associate Director is required to develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members. You will have a good understanding of, and experience in, financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors, and/or reporting accountant's work. You will also have developed sector knowledge.
You will be someone who is comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO's partners. You'll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
You will have:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
- Experience of working within a corporate finance department.
- Previous management experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- For those involved in Capital Markets transactions, a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
