Together, you'll support Diane to live the life she chooses, in her own home, on her own terms.
We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, supporting a 24/7 rota.

By taking the time to understand what Diane is telling you, you'll help her feel safe, heard and understood.
You'll be part of an experienced, supportive team, working alongside a Senior Support Worker and Frontline Manager.
Using Mac Intyre's Positive Behaviour Support approach, you'll have the training, guidance and encouragement to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference.

About you Of course we welcome you if you've been a care assistant or support worker, but experience isn't necessary.
If you share our values, are warm, friendly and willing to learn, you're likely to be a great fit.

You must be a driver with a manual licence, and have held your licence for at least 1 year, as you will be driving fleet vehicles.
