Service Now Administrator - Manchester (Hybrid) - Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Now Administrator to work within a global law firm on a permanent basis based in Manchester.
This role will support the rollout, administration and continuous improvement of the Service Now platform, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Service Now modules, including user and group management, access controls and data integrity.
Configure and support Service Now modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge and Service Catalogue.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with support partners where required.
Support integrations with third-party systems and tools.
Maintain platform documentation, including configurations, workflows and procedures.
Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests.
Coordinate platform upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
Support business users with Service Now processes and best practice.
Configure and schedule reports, notifications and system alerts.
Manage CMDB health and support the creation and maintenance of user training materials.
Key Experience
Proven Service Now administration and configuration experience.
Knowledge of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSO, WSD and LSD.
Strong understanding of Service Now best practices.
Experience supporting Service Now integrations with third-party systems.
Experience configuring reports, notifications and platform administration.
Experience managing and maintaining CMDB health.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of ITIL principles.
Service Now certifications (e. g.
Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist) desirable.
ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
Experience within the legal sector desirable.
