We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing team and turn financial data into meaningful insight, strategic decisions, and better business outcomes.
This is a high-impact role for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining detailed analysis with commercial thinking.
You will build bespoke financial models, develop forecasts, evaluate investment opportunities and assess post-implementation benefits.
Working closely with Operations, Projects and Credit Risk, you'll identify trends, challenge assumptions and provide senior management with clear, actionable recommendations.
You'll also contribute to our data maturity, governance and analytics agenda, producing insightful MI, market analysis and ad hoc reporting while supporting wider BAU and month-end activity.

Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.
Salary: up to £55k base salary + great employee benefits package
We're looking for someone with extensive senior financial analysis experience, ideally within financial services, who has exceptional Excel modelling skills and the ability to use coding or modern technologies to manipulate data and develop smarter analysis.
You'll be naturally curious, commercially aware and comfortable moving between detailed financial analysis and strategic conversations.
