- Capability Building: Help elevate reward knowledge across the wider People team and continuously improve team processes.
What We're Looking For

- Experience with employee share schemes like SAYE and SIP
- Experience working with different stakeholders and building effective relationships with senior leaders
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable using data to inform decisions
- A practical mindset with a focus on finding solutions
- Comfortable working through complex situations and taking ownership
During our application process, you will be asked two questions to help us learn more about you and how you align with our values. These will be used as part of our selection criteria, to determine if we progress your application further.
