You will be working for a well-established organisation that values quality, safety and compliance, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality works across a range of public sector properties.
As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will be:
Evaluating tender documents, specifications, drawings, and fire safety requirements.
Preparing cost estimates and pricing for passive fire protection works, including:
Fire stopping
Fire compartmentation
Fire doors
Cavity barriers
Fire protection to structural steel
Fire boarding and penetration sealing
Obtaining and reviewing quotations from suppliers.
Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to understand all specifications.
Passive Fire Estimator required experience:
Minimum 4 years' experience doing QS works
Proven experience working in the public sector
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of fire doors and fire stopping
As the Passive Fire Estimator, you will receive:
£45,000-£55,000
25 days annual leave + statutory days
