An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to join a growing digital marketing agency based in Derbyshire. We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media professional with strong experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, alongside exposure to wider Paid Social platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients while working within a collaborative and ambitious digital team.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns, ensuring clients achieve the best possible return on investment.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Planning and managing Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Building, optimising and scaling campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max
    • Managing Paid Social campaigns and ideally working across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest and Spotify
    • Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimisation decisions
    • Managing budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting
    • Producing insightful campaign reports and presenting recommendations to clients
    • Supporting the onboarding of new client accounts
    • Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

About You

  • You'll have at least 3 years' commercial experience within Paid Media, PPC or Performance Marketing
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience across additional Paid Social platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads or Spotify Ads would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for performance marketing
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are desirable but not essential
  • Agency experience is beneficial but we're also keen to hear from strong in-house candidates
