About The Role

Team Vitality Consulting Online Life

Working Pattern - Hybrid 2 days per week in the Vitality Stockport Office. Full time, 40 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working!

What this role is all about:

We are looking for Online Business Consultants Life to support and enhance the Vitality Consulting Online Team via proactive outbound and inbound calls to engage Advisers in the Vitality product range, whilst working closely with multiple departments to ensure a smooth journey for Advisers.

Key Actions:

  • Works across multiple panels and assists in driving the National Account Manager Strategies
  • Proactive outbound telephone contact.
  • Post event calls to drive further engagement.
  • Responsible for all Adviser daily support and pipeline management.
  • Maintaining and developing a panel of advisers to promote and use Vitality.
  • Consultative approach to Relationship Manage panel.
  • Training via webinars/TEAMS on all aspects of the Vitality Product Range.
  • Developing relationships to engage the IFA market purely telephone based role no face to face engagement, so high skill set necessary in presentation skills, rapport building, mirroring etc.
  • Keep accurate records on our CRM.
  • Need to be highly skilled in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Training.
  • Calling advisers and doing soft fact finds to establish their protection background, understanding their knowledge of Vitality, any barriers to selling protection/Vitality and then booking in Training tailored to their individual needs.
  • Answering inbound queries from product to policies.
  • Role Model for Vitality, living by our Values.

What do you need to thrive?

Essential:

  • Multitasker need to be able to deal with many adviser's queries at the same time, without loss of focus. Adviser needs to feel they are the only person you deal with
  • Quick Learner
  • Been in Protection Industry for at least 2 years
  • Administration experience
  • Presentation skills
  • RO5 need to be passed before, or in the first 12 months whilst in employment with Vitality

Desirable:

  • B2B experience
  • Excellent Excel Skills
