Your role as a Network Infrastructure Engineer at MyDentist is full-time and initially an 18-month fixed-term contract. This position supports business growth and can be a flexible hybrid role with our Support Centre based in Kearsley, M26 1GG. You will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away. The site includes an on-site mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside.

As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you'll be:

  • Playing a key role in designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimising our IT infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability across our enterprise environment
  • Managing and supporting the full O365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Administering and securing Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and SSO integrations
  • Implementing and maintaining Intune, Defender for Endpoint, and M365 compliance/security policies
  • Driving tenant configuration, license management, and service monitoring
  • Participating in infrastructure-related projects from design to deployment
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, standards, and best practices

You will have:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering or in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Entra (Azure AD)
  • Working knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong documentation and communication abilities
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior team members
  • Proven track record in securing and optimizing complex IT environments
