Customer Facing Role
Step into a lettings role unlike most on the market. Instead of cold calling or chasing unqualified leads, you'll join a high-performing team where all leads are pre-generated and pre-qualified for you. Your focus is simple: convert warm, high-quality enquiries into successful lets.
With full support from an in-house marketing team who handle property staging, photography, videography, listings, social media, and all marketing channels, you'll have everything you need to succeed. You'll also work closely with a dedicated pre-qualification team who ensure every lead meets core criteria before it reaches your desk.

What You'll Be Doing
- Converting high-quality, pre-qualified leads into successful lets
- Maintaining an accurate pipeline and reporting daily and weekly
- Working towards monthly and annual team targets
- Collaborating with the Property Management team to ensure smooth tenancy progression within set SLAs
- Attending viewings and ad-hoc open days across Manchester and possibly Newcastle (expenses paid)
- Spending one day per week at manned buildings to understand the resident experience, shadow onsite teams, and gather insights for future marketing initiatives
Who We're Looking For
- Proven background in sales is desirable however not essential
- Comfortable working to and exceeding targets
- Hungry, ambitious, and competitive mindset
- Strong desire to learn and progress within a sales environment
- Excellent communication skills and confident customer-facing manner
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to take ownership of your workload and work to KPIs
