We're working with an exciting and fast-growing apparel brand that's looking to add a Junior Garment Tech / Product Developer to its expanding product team. Focusing on fashion and streetwear collections, you'll play a key role in taking products from development through to production, working closely with suppliers to ensure every garment looks great, fits perfectly and meets the highest quality standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 3+ years' experience who's looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced business where they'll have real influence on the product.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing garments through the development process from first sample to production
  • Leading fit sessions and providing clear technical feedback to suppliers
  • Working closely with overseas factories to manage samples and critical path deadlines
  • Reviewing garment construction, quality and fit to ensure products meet brand standards
  • Supporting testing, compliance and quality control across the collection

We're looking for someone with:

  • Around 3+ years' experience in Garment Technology or Product Development
  • Experience across fashion, streetwear or lifestyle apparel
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit and manufacturing
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset with a keen eye for detail
